What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is a powerful and transformative practice that supports deep healing by working with the nervous system, energetic body, and subconscious patterns.

Often referred to as the Yoga of Awareness, this practice uses specific, structured sets (kriyas) that combine movement, breath, sound, meditation, and somatic awareness. Through slow, conscious movement and embodied attention, the practice supports the release of stored tension and trauma held within the body, allowing energy to move more freely.

By working with the chakra system, somatic intelligence, and subtle energy body, Kundalini Yoga helps reawaken vitality, restore connection to the heart, and gently re-ignite the spirit. This process can be deeply empowering, supporting emotional resilience, self-trust, and inner confidence.

Somatic practices within the class also support the immune system and lymphatic flow, helping the body detoxify, regulate, and return to a state of balance. Over time, students often experience a greater sense of radiance, clarity, and embodied confidence.

This practice is especially supportive for nervous system regulation, hormonal and endocrine balance, stress and anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma-sensitive healing, and building resilience and self-trust.
