ABOUT ME

My name is Izabella and I am a holistic practitioner with a deep passion for health, healing, and whole-person wellbeing.

My work is rooted in supporting people to reconnect with themselves on every level - physical, emotional, and energetic. I offer a grounded, compassionate approach, creating a safe and supportive space where healing can unfold naturally and at your own pace.

I was raised with a holistic approach to life and introduced from an early age to the benefits of natural and alternative therapies. A pivotal experience in my childhood profoundly shaped my path: when my father was diagnosed with cancer, I was instinctively drawn to offering touch during moments of his discomfort. Through gentle massage of his legs and feet, I witnessed how quickly pain softened and calm returned. This early awareness of the healing power of touch ignited my lifelong fascination with the human body and its innate intelligence.

Later in life, my understanding of healing deepened through my own personal health challenges. Following a serious illness that manifested from unresolved childhood trauma, I experienced profound loss of hearing alongside neurological impacts. This period became a powerful turning point, inviting me into a deeper relationship with my body, my nervous system, and my inner world. Through alternative and holistic practices, I supported my own healing journey, learning first-hand how trauma can be held within the body and how, with the right awareness and support, it can be gently released.

These lived experiences now form a core foundation of my work. I see myself not only as a practitioner, but also as a student of the body, continually learning through direct experience. I use myself as an ongoing case study, allowing my personal healing journey to inform my professional practice with humility, curiosity, and integrity.

ABOUT ME

My formal studies include a diploma in holistic therapies, alongside training in kinesiology, which has further deepened my understanding of the body’s feedback systems and its capacity to reveal underlying imbalances. I am particularly drawn to approaches that work with the movement and release of stored trauma, supporting the body to restore balance through awareness, presence, and embodied regulation.

Travel has also played an integral role in shaping my path. Living among indigenous communities, I have had the privilege of learning from traditional healing systems, including Eastern medicine, plant medicine, yoga, meditation and energy work. These experiences have reinforced my belief that healing is not linear, but layered woven through the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects of our being.

I remain committed to lifelong learning and self-inquiry, guided by the understanding that the body carries deep wisdom and that healing is a continuously unfolding process.

my philosophy

I believe that the body holds an inherent wisdom and a natural capacity for healing when given the right conditions - presence, safety, and support. Rather than viewing symptoms in isolation, I see them as messages that invite deeper listening and awareness.

My philosophy is grounded in the understanding that physical, emotional, mental, and energetic layers of the self are inseparable. When one area is out of balance, it often reflects itself through the body. Healing, therefore, is not about fixing or forcing change, but about creating space for the body to remember its own equilibrium.

I also believe that healing is not something done to a person, but a process that unfolds with them. Each individual carries their own unique rhythm, history, and needs, and honouring this individuality is central to my work. I remain a lifelong student of the body, of nature, and of the subtle teachings that arise through experience.

MY APPROACH

My approach is gentle, intuitive, and client-centred. I aim to create a calm, grounded, and non-judgemental space where you feel safe to fully arrive in your body. From this place of presence, deeper healing can naturally occur.

Sessions are guided by both professional training and intuitive awareness, allowing each treatment to be tailored to your specific physical, emotional, and energetic needs. I work holistically, acknowledging not only what is presenting in the body, but also what may be held beneath the surface.

My role is to support and guide rather than to lead or impose. I encourage self-awareness and empowerment, helping you reconnect with your body’s signals and cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself. Ultimately, my intention is to support you in taking an active role in your own wellbeing so you may move through life with greater balance, vitality, and ease.
